Fz 502 – Terms & Conditions: Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Conditions

Fz 502 (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between fz 502 and its users.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. fz 502 reserves the right to modify them at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• These terms and conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
• Fz 502 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation.
• By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are accessing this service voluntarily and that it is your responsibility to comply with the local laws applicable in your area.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with fz 502, the following conditions must be met:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• One account policy: Only one account is permitted per device, IP address, or household. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. Incorrect details will cause problems during the verification process later.
• Password security: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Fz 502 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, making identity verification mandatory for all users. The following documents may be required:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold while verification is pending; however, deposits and betting can generally continue as normal.

Fz 502 may request additional information or documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in a temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

• Processing time: Most deposits are instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Fz 502 is committed to ensuring fast and secure withdrawals. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT)
• Processing time: Usually 1–3 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Method: Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Verification: Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Fz 502 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

6 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Fz 502 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses require a wager of 5x–30x the bonus amount. Check the relevant bonus page for the specific terms of each offer.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses, providing false information, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus cancellation: fz 502 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if any irregular activity is detected.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on fz 502 is conducted in accordance with the following rules:

• Bet acceptance: Bets can be placed at any time as long as there is sufficient balance and the event has not yet started. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds changes: If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time of placement will apply.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be returned to your balance, unless the rules for the specific sport state otherwise.
• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum win on a single bet is ৳5,00,000. Combined limits for multiple bets may vary.
• Technical error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, the affected bet may be voided and the stake refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fz 502 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information
• Bonus Hunting or arbitrage betting
• Hacking, use of malware, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Use of robots, bots, or automated software
• Harassing or defrauding other users

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Fz 502 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or prohibited activities
• Failed KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded and all personal data will be securely deleted, except where retention is required by law.

10 Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Your information may be used for service improvement and to meet legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Loss limit: Betting will be automatically suspended if losses exceed a specified amount.
